I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms offering a washing machine with detergent available at the front desk and an incredible view of Tokyo. The service, although friendly, faced language barriers which made communication challenging. The location in an upscale neighborhood in central Tokyo was convenient, and the dining experience, while simple with corn flakes, was satisfactory. The facilities met my needs during the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was really friendly. The location is superb, with a great view of Tokyo, even though communication was a bit challenging due to language barriers. The service was still top-notch, and even though the price was reasonable, some extra amenities could have improved the value.
